On the afternoon of April 8, the 2023 National Seminar on Integration of Production and Education in Colleges and Universities and the Annual Meeting of Industry-Education Integration Alliance of Application-oriented Colleges and Universities in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle were held in N1 Hall of Chongqing National Expo Center. Song Yalan, Director of Higher Education Division of Sichuan Provincial Education Department, and Tang Qiao, Director of Development Planning Division of Chongqing Education Commission, delivered speeches at the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhao Mingjie, President of Chongqing University of Science and Technology.

It is reported that the 2023 National Symposium on the Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Education Institutions lasted for two days. In addition to the parallel forum on "Aggregation and Symbiosis: Innovative Talent Cultivation and a New Paradigm of Industry and Education Integration", a forum on "Jointly Building Industrial Colleges and Deepening the New Model of Industry and Education Integration" was also held on April 9th, organized by Chongqing University of Technology, Chongqing University of Finance and Economics, China Higher Education Training Center, and CPHI China.
