On April 24, the 13th Reading Month titled the "In the Fragrance of Books, Embark on a New Journey," which was sponsored by the Library (Archives, University History Museum), was officially launched with a ceremony in B117, the main teaching building.

At the launching ceremony, responsible persons summarized the activities of "Reading Month" in 2022 and introduced the activity plan of "Reading Month" in 2023. The award ceremony for exemplary departments and individuals of "Reading Month" in 2022 was held.

For this year's "Reading Month" activity, the library has carefully planned, with richer and more diversified contents and forms. Focusing on the themes of "Always Follow the Party, Strive for a New Journey,""Book Fragrance, Enjoyment of a New Era," etc., it would hold an educational book exhibition on the theme of learning and implementing Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new ear, release books recommended by the secretary and president of the university ,"New Era, New Journey, New Action" micro video contest,"Book Fragrance on Campus" reading sharing activity. Also there were Activities such as "Shining Light and Splendid Colors, the Most Beautiful Sights in Reading", "Calligraphy and Language, Enjoying Reading and Realizing the Way", "Book Fragrance and Interest in Calligraphy, Cultural Heritage" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition etc.
