On the morning of October 9, the Sixth Sommendation Conference for Model Workers and Distinguished Workers was held in the auditorium of Chongqing People's Building. CQUST teacher Zhang Qianying won the honorary title of "Distinguished Worker” and became the youngest provincial-and-ministerial-level distinguished worker in our university.

Zhang Qianying, as a CPC member and a national model CPC branch deputy secretary, has always been a dedicated and exemplary hard worker since the very start of her career. Under her guidance,our university won the regional championship titles in China of World Simulated steelChallenge for 6 consecutive years and twice the world championship titles in 2015 and 2020, making CQUST the only university in the world which has performed this feat and turning it into a prominent heavyweight player in this highly prestigious international contest. Recognized rightfully as an Outstanding steelChallenge Instructor, she also provided corporate coaching service to companies, helping Handan branch of HBIS Group to win the world championship titles in 2017 and 2018, bringing honor to not only our university, but also to our city and our country.
