On August 30, the beginning of the new semester, a comprehensive inspection was undertaken to ensure a smooth coordination of all departments for the new semester. At 8:00 am, the university leaders including Li Delong, Yin Huachuan, Gan Qin, Xiao Dazhi and Zhu Yongli, accompanied by the responsible personnel in charge of the Party and Administration Office, Student Affairs Office, Graduate Affairs Office, Security Office, the Office of Academic Affairs, the Office of Scientific Research and the Office of Assets and Logistics Management, went to the teaching buildings, student apartments, student canteens, the university hospital and the university construction sites one by one to conduct a comprehensive and thorough inspection, to oversee the arrival of teachers, students, in-class instruction, teaching security and all relevant operation at the beginning of the new semester.

On the first day of school, the teachers arrived on time, classroom instruction was in good order, teaching equipment was running normally, teaching services were in place, and the overall teaching and learning operation was well. The operation of university at the start of a new semester is overall well organized, and students and teachers threw themselves into study and work with full enthusiasm and good spirit.
