The 19th seminar of the National Alliance of Local Undergraduate Colleges in Science and Engineering was held in our school from November 14th to 15th. Attending the event were top management and department heads from 10 universities and colleges, including Changshu Institute of Technology, Chengdu Institute of Technology, and Dongguan Institute of Technology, and CQUST representatives included President Yin Huachuan, Vice President Xiao Dazhi, and heads from CPC Affairs office, Cooperation and Development Office, and Academic Affairs Office.

Representatives made 11 keynote speeches on the themes of "Exploration and Practice of Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction in Applied Colleges, Compilation of the 14th Five-Year Career Development Plan and Related Issues".

It is reported that the next seminar will be hosted by Ningbo Institute of Technology.
