On November 7, the School of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering invited the PR team of the China National Petroleum Corporation to give a teach-in ,with “Petroleum Soul, the Daqing Spirit and Iron-man Spirit” as its theme, to faculty and students. In the evening, the presentation was held in the Academic Lecture Hall, with the attendance of more than 500 students of the 2020 class from the School.

Presentations were made by He Dequan, chief speaker of the publicity team as well as general office director of Iron Man Wang Jinxi Memorial Hall , and Li Na, chief bilingual speaker of the Iron Man Wang Jinxi Memorial Hall. They showed numerous precious historical pictures and audio and video materials，in demonstration of the arduous and magnificent years of the Great Petroleum War with deep affection, reproducing that unforgettable period of time, from different angles and on various dimensions. This has once again refreshed our interpretation of the Daqing spirit and Iron-man Spirit, allowing us to further deepen our understanding and appreciation thereof.
