From August 25 to 26, the 6thChina International College Students’‘Internet+’ Innovation and EntrepreneurshipCompetition (Chongqing Division) was held as scheduled. In this competition, students from our university won 5 Gold Awards, 10 Silver, 7 Bronze and 12 Awards of Excellence.The total number of awards reached a record high and ranked fourth among all the competing universities from Chongqing.
After school recommendation, preliminary round and final round, there are 34 excellent projects selected out of 535 participating projects to enter the city-level competition.Through the fierce competition, 5 projects won the municipal gold award, which are:Weak GelsWater Plugging Cloud Computing Systemrecommended by the School of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering,Super Hydrophobic Lipophilic Magnetic Spongesrecommended by School of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, andthe Analysis and Judgment Platform of Public Security Big Data Intelligence,No-pressure Water Circulation Electromagnetic HeatingandRaw Material Manufacturing and Upgrading of Zhi Zhen Biotechnology Diabeticrecommended by the Office of Creative Space Construction.
